You have complete control of the project checkbook and make all pertinent decisions as to the quality and craftsmanship of your custom home. We provide counsel, planning, price bidding service, appointing and scheduling of subcontractors, ordering of all materials and total administrative coordination of the entire process; including management of the on-site superintendent. If you have just a few hours a week, and good project management skills you can easily save additional dollars by acting as your own on-site project superintendent. We’ll provide access to our proven scheduling and project management system, as well as regular counsel from BYODH throughout the project. Pricing for all BYODH programs is flat-fee pricing based on the square footage of your dream home – not its estimated value at completion. No worry of being overcharged for upgrades, change orders and lot premiums – when you do it yourself with BYODH, those fees disappear, saving you money!

All BYODH program levels offer Independent Licensed 3rd Party Inspections by a Nationally Recognized Home Inspection Company and a 10-year Homeowners Warranty at cost.
